When a premium user sends a coaching message, you see their assessments, My Story, and question. Reply with personalized guidance within 24-48 hours.
Grow Your Practice
As our user base grows, so does your reach. Future plans include group sessions, 1:1 video coaching, and a public coach profile page.
Compensation: Coach compensation model will be finalized during onboarding. We are committed to fair, sustainable pay for your ministry.

Not necessarily. We value faithfulness to Catholic teaching, real coaching or mentoring experience, and a genuine heart for this mission. Formal certifications (ICF, counseling degrees, theology degrees) are a plus and will be noted in your application review.
